The Meh Kit is a self-discovery tool for riding out depression. Created by mental health organization Mithra Trust, I worked on the complete product design and execution.
Approach
The kit was meant to feel approachable, comforting, and warm. The colour palette and design elements were specifically put together to resonate with these emotions, keeping a wide target demographic in mind.
The characters used to illustrate The Meh Kit were designed to be gender-neutral so every single person could relate to them, regardless of their identity. This also helped us shine an even brighter focus on the main purpose — mental health.
