I plan and execute our top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts, including social media content and engagement, email marketing, outreach events & workshops, and community engagements. Our organic marketing efforts drive overall customer acquisition and brand awareness. My role involves content writing and strategy, social media campaigning, overseeing graphic and web design, and performing user research to better inform our campaigns.
